1. Who you are contracting with
ellegre.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by QUALANZA INC ("ellegre", "we", "us", "our"). ellegre is a brand of QUALANZA INC.

Every purchase and subscription made through the Site is a contract between you and QUALANZA INC, except orders placed through our reseller Paddle, as described in Section 4.
2. Nature of business
ellegre provides digital products, downloadable business/operator resources and self-service software applications to customers in India and internationally.
3. Digital delivery — no physical shipping
All products offered on the Site are delivered digitally or electronically (course access, downloadable files and access to web applications). We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges apply to any order.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices for all products and services are displayed on the Site in the applicable currency and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Customers in India pay QUALANZA INC through Razorpay for every product and subscription. Razorpay acts only as a payment gateway.
- Customers outside India will buy through our online reseller Paddle.com once Paddle checkout is enabled. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through Paddle checkout: Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles billing and refund requests for those orders, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paddle checkout is not yet enabled.
- Until Paddle checkout is enabled, and for any product Paddle does not cover, international payments are processed through PayPal, acting as a payment gateway; for those orders your purchase contract remains with QUALANZA INC.
- We do not store your full card or payment credentials.
- Access to digital products is granted upon successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
5. App subscriptions and accounts
- Billing. App subscriptions (such as Kopiva) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each plan's price and what it includes are shown on the app's page on the Site. Indian prices include GST; international prices are shown before tax, and any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are covered by Section 6.
- Free trial. Where an app offers a free trial, no payment is taken during the trial. When it ends you can choose a paid plan; if you don't, you can still sign in and see your work, but you can't run the app's tools until you choose a plan.
- Plan limits. Each plan includes the usage allowances and limits shown on the app's page, such as posts per month and daily limits.
- Your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it.
- AI-generated output. Our apps generate text using AI. We claim no ownership of the output you generate, and you keep your rights in what you put in. Outputs are not exclusive, so similar text may be produced for other users. You are responsible for checking output for accuracy and suitability before you publish it. Any score shown is an AI assessment, not a promise of how content will perform.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All courses, templates, e-books, playbooks, frameworks and other materials made available on the Site are the intellectual property of QUALANZA INC (ellegre) and are licensed, not sold, to you for personal or your organisation's internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or create derivative works from purchased materials without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the Site and our apps available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features, giving notice of material changes where practical.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse an order, if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, involves fraud or misuse, or tries to get around plan limits. You can stop using an app and close your account at any time; Section 5 explains what happens to an active subscription.
11. Limitation of liability
Products and applications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUALANZA INC's aggregate liability arising from any purchase or subscription is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific product or service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
